Quotes and payment

A written quote is valid for 14 days. Simple jobs are paid on pickup or delivery. Standard and Complex design work takes the design fee as a deposit before modelling starts. Prices are in CAD and tax is extra.

The fit guarantee

On a design-and-print job, if the part does not fit the dimensions you supplied, the next revision and its print are free. If the dimensions you supplied were wrong, the revision is quoted at the Simple tier. The guarantee covers one free round.

Files you supply

When you send a file to print, you are confirming you have the right to print it. Northpoint 3D does not print weapons, weapon parts, or anything that infringes a trademark it can recognize.

What printed parts are for

Printed parts are replacements, prototypes and conveniences. They are not rated for load-bearing, automotive-safety, medical or food-contact use unless a written spec from Northpoint 3D says so for that specific part. Use them at your own judgement outside that.

Pickup

Parts not picked up within 30 days of the ready notice are recycled and the job is closed.
