What the shop does

One shop, from the measurement to the finished part.

01

Reverse engineering

Calipers, gauges and a photo with a rule in it. The broken part becomes a parametric model with the dimensions that matter called out, and the ones that are missing asked for before anything is quoted.

02

Design for printing

Wall thickness, overhangs, orientation, tolerances and inserts are decided in the model, not discovered on the plate. Threads, snap fits and press fits are tuned with a test coupon when the fit is critical.

03

Engineering materials

PETG for wet and greasy, ASA for sun, polycarbonate for heat and impact, carbon-fibre nylon for load. Printed inside an enclosure, dried first, measured after.

Three kinds of job

Design and print a part.

The bracket that holds the sensor to the bumper. The clip the manufacturer stopped making. The fixture that saves ten minutes a job. Part in, part out, and it fits or the next one is free.

Design and print from $75

Print your file.

You already have the STL, 3MF or STEP. It is checked for printability, quoted, and run in the material that suits it.

From $30

Batches for business.

Ten of one thing, or a hundred. Jigs, fixtures, mounts, the bracket every truck in the fleet needs. Design once, reorder by text.

Ten or more, 15 percent off

How a job runs

1

Send the part.

A photo with a tape measure in it, a sketch, a file, or the broken piece itself.

2

Written quote inside 24 hours.

Material named, date named. No engineering hours added later.

3

Approve the model.

A turnable 3D model next to your photo before anything prints. A wrong dimension is fixed on screen, not in plastic.

4

Pick it up, or it comes to you.

Measured against the model, then pickup in Newmarket, drop-off within 50 km, or Canada Post anywhere in Canada.

Three guarantees

Fit

It fits, or the next one is free.

If a custom part does not fit the dimensions you gave, the next revision and its print are free.

Price

The quote is the number.

Design, revisions, print and finish are in it. No surprise at pickup.

Files

Your files stay yours.

Used for your job and nothing else. Never sold, shared or printed for anyone else.
